We will consider issuing a remake of your item at no extra charge under the following conditions:

- Errors: If there is an error in the customization (e.g., incorrect spelling or wrong design) that is the fault of Luminar Jewelry.
In such cases, we will remake the item and ship it to you at no additional cost.
4. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds are generally not provided due to the custom-made nature of our products. However, in extreme cases, such as credit card fraud, multiple remakes, or a significant fault on our part, a refund may be issued in the form of store credit ("Luminar Cash").
Please note that refunds will only be granted at our discretion and after a thorough review of the situation.

In the rare instance where a return is approved, customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault of Luminar Jewelry (e.g., defective product). - Customized or personalized jewelry with names, dates, or specific designs chosen by you.
